How to order your ornament:
- Choose if you would like the plaque only or why don't you add a gift bag or box.

- Choose what design you would like on your gift box if you have chosen to add a gift box. You must write the wording you would like on your gift box in the personalisation box.  (Please note if you have chosen plaque only or gift bag you will have to put N/A in this box).
